Not many people consider water having medicinal effects on the human biological system. Water plays an essential role in our lives without which our bodies wouldn’t exist. Water is extremely healthy for maintaining a good skin, as well as a healthy body.
Water is a very natural ingredient which can be used to achieve a glowing and radiant skin and is vital to the overall functionality of the body to regenerate new, healthy skin cells. There are a couple of ways by using water we can achieve a beautiful skin.
The first important thing you do when you wake up in the morning is, wash your face with ice cold water. It calms the mind, makes you feel fresh from within reducing the stress that could be one of the causes in the breakdown of skin protein collagen and elastin. Soon after brushing your teeth, splash ice cold water on your face, and this would nourish the skin surface.
The other method is all the more obvious, which is to drink as much water possible. Drink at least 8 glasses of water or a minimum of 3 litres every day. It nourishes the body from the inside, and provides it with natural nutrients and minerals to exude beautiful and glowing skin. Maintaining a good bowel movement is one of the most important factors to procuring a healthy skin. If you are having problems with your bowel, drink at least one litre of water soon after you wake up, even before you brush your teeth. The water cleanses the whole system, and acts as a laxative and clears your bowel, which means, all the toxic waste accumulated in the blood is gushed out which allows enough time for the oxygen to act upon the skin and rejuvenate it.
You can drink water in the morning even if you are not facing problems with your bowel. As you continue this practice, you will see a quick change in the radiance and softness of your skin all over your body within a week’s time.
How to know if you are drinking enough water? The first thing is, you need to be visiting the toilet at least once per hour, and if not, drink more water. Do away with creams and adopt the natural way to obtain a healthy and vital skin, and drink more water.

Simple Tips for Healthy Skin
We might not think about it often, but the skin is one of the most important organs in the body. It is the body’s primary defence against illness and diseases. It also serves as a covering for everything inside the body. Without the skin, our muscles, bones, and organs would be visible. The skin also helps keep our bodies at just the right temperature. The skin also contains nerve fibers which allow us to have the sense of touch.
Women experiences most of the skin problems. When hormonal changes occur during puberty and menopause, the skin becomes dry, and pale. Increase in hormones can also cause the oil producing glands to form increased amounts of oil in the body. The oil produced is responsible for lubricating our skin and hair. If we have enough oil in the body, our hair becomes healthy and shiny and the pores on the skin are fine. When excess oils are produced, our pores become clogged and bacteria can grow which then causes acne and pimples.
The food that we eat can also affect our skin. Foods rich in carbohydrates and sugars trigger the body to produce more insulin. At the same time, fast foods cause and increase in male hormones which makes the skin oilier and more prone to bacterial growth.
Doctors recommend that the skin needs a little tender loving care to stay healthy. The skin, just like every other organ in the body needs to be a priority. Make some time for the skin on a daily basis to ensure that it becomes healthy. Having beautiful skin makes us feel good about ourselves and it makes us more confident. Following these easy tips can maintain healthy and glowing skin throughout your life.
Clean the skin twice a day to make sure that your skin is free from chemicals and dirt. Do not wash your face too often because this can strip off too much oil from the body. Frequent bathing with warm water also causes the skin to dry up.
For a glowing skin, use the best moisturiser twice a day. Do not rub the towel when drying your face to avoid irritating the skin. You can apply the best facial moisturizer on the face or a dry skin lotion on the body after shower to retain the moisture on the skin. Use products that contain natural ingredients. Choose the best moisturiser that has the right consistency and not too thick or too thin.
Maintaining a healthy and well-balanced diet is also one thing that we should do to have healthy skin. What we eat affects our skin. Try eating organic foods because they do not contain harmful ingredients. Always maintain proper hydration by drinking lots of water.
Skin Care Tips
Skin care tips, everyone has them. Everywhere you turn, someone else has another idea for you to try. Have you tried many of these and been disappointed with the results? You could spend a fortune on skin care products and still have skin issues. When you have tried them all and you still are not happy with the results, don’t give up yet.
I have one more suggestion.
Start from the inside. I’m going to give you a step by step process to try. This will take about 90 to 120 days to see the change. Please be patient.
The first thing I am going to suggest is doing a cleanse. I have printouts on two cleanses that I have used and recommend. If you would like me to email you one or both, just email me and I will send one or both right away.
Starting with a cleanse is the most important thing you can do. Depending on your age, let me ask you a few questions. How many times have you taken a shower in your life? How many times have you washed your face, your hair. How many times have you brushed your teeth in your life time? No idea? Well, one more question. How many times in your life have you cleaned anything on your inside? Most of us have never done so. We clean, scrub, wash, etc our outside, but not the inside. Why do you think that is?
I’ll tell you why. Because most of us have never heard of doing this. It is not something that has been talked about. Even doctors don’t tell us to do this. I wonder why.
Lets say you are someone in say, their forties. For forty plus years, you have eaten three times a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. You have drank probably water, coffee, soda, tea, juice, etc. Everything you have consumed has gone into your stomach and then through your digestive system. What you don’t or can’t use is eliminated.
Unfortunately, there are some things that we consume that do not pass through. They get stuck in various places. Some in the small intestines, some in the large. What do you think happen to this stuff that gets stuck? Any idea? It’s kind of disturbing. It rots. That’s right, it decays. What happens to rotting/decaying food? It begins to produce large amounts of bacteria, toxins, poisonings, etc. These are then re-absorbed back into your body. When this happens symtoms begin to appear. Things such as arthritis, acid reflux, fibromyaliga, cancer, acne and the list of diseases is endless. I’m sure you know someone with a chronic disease. This is called auto-intoxication and it happens all around all of us everyday. It is a huge problem and need to be addressed.
This is where doing a internal cleanse is SO important. This should be done every year. You consume lots of stuff in the course of a year. How about cleaning the system out once year. Remember, you shower a lot more often than that. Once per year should be considered a maintenance program.
When you are ready to see for yourself how doing a cleanse can make you feel, contact me for my free cleansing guide. My contact information is at the bottom of this article.
After you have gone through your cleanse, now is the time to consider NOT returning to your old eating habits, especially if your previous diet was not a good one.
Some things that you should eliminate from your kitchen are…
1. excessive sugar, causes obesity, raises cholesterol
2. cake, cookies, pastries, sugary cereal, cereal bars, granola bars, power bars
3. chips, crackers, candy, soda, juice drinks (100% juice is OK in moderation)
4. artificial sweeteners, (try stevia or agave syrup), artificial sweeteners are being linked to Alzheimer’s disease as well as dementia. It attacks that part of your brain.
5. excessive coffee or tea, too much acid. Your body needs to be kept in an alkaline environment and tea and coffee make you acid. For a detailed article on pH and how it effects you, contact me for that. I’ll send it to you free. Keeping your pH up near 7 discourages the growth of many diseases such as cancer, arthritis, fibromylgia and many more. My other article will give you all the details.
6. anything that has hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated oil of any kind. The process of making something hydrogenated was created to make plastic. When you consume this it gets into your arteries and works like a knife, slicing the walls. When this happens, your body sends out its defenses in the way of cholesterol to fix all that damage. When you have excessive damage, your cholesterol numbers will be higher. Your doctor may put you on a medication, but that only gets rid of the symptoms. The underlying problem is still there. You must eliminate the hydrogenated oils. Look carefully. It is in everything.
7. processed food such as lunch meat, bacon, sausage, canned meat except tuna and chicken, (read the label), if it comes in a can or box or in the freezer section, stay way from it.
Here are some ideas for healthy eating. If you maintain this 80% of the time, you will feel better, lose weight if you need to and have great skin.
Breakfast foods…
1. eggs in moderation, cooked however you like
2. whole grain toast with small amount of butter and jelly sweetened with fruit juice, not sugar
3. whole grain cereal, 1% milk or skim.
4. fruit
5. protein breakfast drink, (read label, some have a lot of sugar) I can recommend one.
Last but not least, consider adding some nutritional supplements. The best kind are liquid and are easily absorbed by your body. If you take these particular supplements, I recommend, on an empty stomach, the absorption rate is equal to having an IV hooked up to your arm. They are fast and immediately absorbed. When you take a supplement that is absorbed this quickly, you are able to notice that these change how you feel. Taking just any old pill will not give you the same results. Pills are mostly fillers and do not break down in your system enough to benefit your health. It is said that they even sometimes come out on the other end, whole. This of course will not be an issue if you use a liquid.
Consider contacting me for more details about this article. I’d be happy to send you a guide to a complete cleanse, whether a detox cleanse or a basic one. I can also show you a way to get the EXACT nutritional supplements your body needs. No more guessing. Find your exact nutritional needs and get them met.
I can be reached at my toll free voice mail number, 1-800-363-4918. Leave your name, number and the reason for your call. I’ll get back to you just as soon as possible.
Thanks for reading this article and I hope it has been helpful is showing you ways to get and/or stay healthy.
Skin Care Tips – I Need White Skin
Skin products are increasing in the market by the day to meet the demands of growing craze for white skin. It is not necessary what suits one person may suit the other also. There have been many cases where these creams have had instant repercussions on people’s skins. One must be very careful while choosing a product lest they may end up damaging the skin tissues. Especially, creams containing chemicals and bleaching agents can permanently damage your skin texture.
You can obtain the complexion you desire by using certain powerful ingredients but not harmful to the skin.
1) The use of Vitamin A and C is one of the most effective ways of attaining good complexion and a radiant skin. The use of these vitamins restrains melanin production and also fights radicals, and rejuvenates and cures the skin of ailments. Usually, these vitamins can be found in fruits like oranges and apples, and also in carrots. Proper and regular intake of these fruits and vegetables can help you obtain a good complexion.
2) Natural Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps you get free of radicals, and reduces wrinkles and age spots and also acts as a natural preservative. Asparagus and Avocados are natural forms of Vitamin E. Milk cream can be used as a face wash, as milk contains this vitamin. Even the outer layer of the egg can be used as an application to obtain a smooth and fair skin.
3) Take 4 to 5 small strawberries, 2 tbsp of bio-yogurt or curd, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp of oatmeal. Mash up all the ingredients and prepare a facial mask and apply on the skin and leave it for 20 minutes, and wash later. This will ensure a healthy and white skin and also treat blemishes.
4) Mixing sandalwood paste with rosewater is a good option. You must apply this mixture on the face and leave it for at least 20 minutes and wash later.
5) Lemon juice and honey mixture is one more option which can be tried.
6) Make a mixture of beer with the outer layer of egg and apply it on the skin using cotton and leave it for 20 minutes.
There are many options which can be tried to obtain white skin, but I would always advise against cosmetics and creams and go for natural ingredients.
